Steps for Enrollment
1. To initiate the enrollment process for your child at Little Rainbow’s Learning Center, please contact us at (386) 496-8278. It is important to provide the Office Associate with your child’s name, age, date of birth, requested start date, and the best contact number for you.
In the event that we are unable to respond to your call, please leave a message for Kim Bailey that includes your child’s name, age, date of birth, and a preferred contact number.
Additionally, you may reach Kim via email at Kim@[email protected]. Kindly include "Enrollment Request - Your Last Name" in the subject line. In the body of the email, please provide your child’s name, age, date of birth, requested start date, and your preferred contact number.
2. Please print the Pre-K (VPK) Enrollment Application, complete the necessary forms, and return them to the facility in person. Alternatively, you may scan the completed forms and email them to Kim at Kim@[email protected], ensuring that "Enrollment Application - Your Last Name" is included in the subject line.
3. Download the Brightwheel app. Once your student’s profile is created you will be prompted to create an account. This app is designed for student check-in and checkout, as well as communication between teachers and families, and manages tuition payments.
Teacher Request
Pre-K Teacher requests are accepted. Current students aged 3 and 4 with Pre-K vouchers may submit their requests before new students. To request a Pre-K teacher, you must present your voucher to the facility. Please note that current students without Pre-K vouchers who request after June 15, as well as new students without vouchers after July 15, will not be able to request specific teachers and will be placed in available Pre-K classes.
Open House
Little Rainbow’s Learning Center will hold a Pre-K Open House in August. At the Open House, parents and students will have the chance to meet our facility directors, receive an information packet, meet their Pre-K teacher, and explore the facility. Details about the Open House will be posted on Brightwheel. Additionally, our Office Administrator will notify you via your preferred phone number.
My First Day
At the Pre-K Open House, you will be informed of the first day of school. We always start our school year on a Monday. On your child’s first day, please arrive no later than 7:30 a.m. and allow an extra 30 minutes in your schedule for drop-off. Drop-off hours are strictly from 6:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. There is no late entry in the facility. The Pre-K class begins promptly at 8:00 a.m.
